Delivery is JOD 3.000 within Amman and JOD 5.000 to every other governorate.

Khotoot currently delivers within Jordan only. The delivery fee is based on the selected governorate and confirmed at checkout.

The delivery fee is shown during checkout, before you place your order, based on the store's current delivery-fee setting.

Cash on Delivery is always available. CliQ transfer appears as an option at checkout when it is configured by Khotoot. For CliQ orders, send a message with your order number after transferring so we can confirm the order.

Delivery timing may vary depending on your location and order details. Timing is confirmed operationally rather than promised upfront — if you need your order by a specific date, mention it when you contact us.
