By using Khotoot's website, you agree to these terms. Please read them, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping information, and Returns policy.

We aim to describe products accurately, but availability, stock, and prices can change. All prices are shown in Jordanian Dinar (JOD).

Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it or confirm an order — availability and price are re-checked at checkout, and again when your order is created, before it's placed.

Cash on Delivery is currently the only payment method. Placing an order does not charge you anything upfront — payment is collected in cash when your order is delivered.

We may contact you using the phone number or email provided at checkout to confirm order details before it ships.

We can decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item becomes unavailable or the details provided appear inaccurate — and will try to let you know if that happens.

Creating an account is optional and guest checkout remains available. You are responsible for keeping your password and verification or reset links private.

An account may show orders placed while signed in and eligible earlier guest orders after the account email is verified. Saved-address changes do not alter past order records.

Security emails may be sent for verification, password resets, and password changes. Email-address changes and account deletion are not currently self-service features.

Delivery is currently available within Jordan only. See our Shipping page for the current delivery fee and related details.

Please provide an accurate name, phone number, and delivery address. Inaccurate details can delay or prevent delivery.

Use this website only for its intended purpose of browsing and ordering products — not to disrupt the site, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse the checkout or order-lookup systems.

The Khotoot name, logo, and other brand assets on this site belong to Khotoot and may not be used without permission. Product images and descriptions are provided for shopping purposes.

We don't make guarantees beyond what's stated on this site — for example, we don't promise specific delivery dates, particular return outcomes, or uninterrupted availability of the website.
